The mission of Housing Connect is to connect people and communities to quality affordable housing opportunities while promoting self-sufficiency and neighborhood revitalization.
Job Statement
The purpose of the Grants & Compliance Coordinator is to support the mission of Housing Connect in a wide range of activities that support the agency’s grant funded programs including coordinating the funding cycle for grants and leading data tracking and reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities

Develop a strong working knowledge of funding regulations, best practices, and community standards for grant funded programs including FSS, ROSS, HOME and HOPWA.
Work Model: May have remote availability, must be local to Salt Lake area
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to read, interpret and provide training on funding contracts, regulations, policies and procedures.
A criminal background, drug screen, driving and credit check must be completed before hire. An Official Housing Connect Application must be completed and a resume submitted. The Housing Connect complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 by providing equal access to services, programs and activities for qualified individuals with disabilities.
